Today at the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Miami, Florida, Barack Obama said that John McCain would not be the candidate that best supports America's city governments. In the clip below he drills McCain for not supporting levee and flood control programs.
In this extended clip he talks about the relationship between cities and Washington and says McCain will not be a good partner for cities.
