June 05, 2008Obama Says DNC Won't Accept Lobbyist Money
Today, at a health care event in Bristol, Virginia, Barack Obama announced that the Democratic National Committee would not accept money from "Washington lobbyists." Saying that "we're going to change the way Washington works," Obama added that lobbyists would not "fund my party."
