Today in Bend, Oregon, Barack Obama discussed U.S. energy policy. He blamed gas prices and energy problems on Vice President Dick Cheney's energy meetings and on the lobbyist culture in Washington D.C. He also says McCain will offer inadequate solutions when he visits Oregon on Monday.
