Speaking on the campus of Wake Forest University, John McCain talked about his judicial philosophy and his view of strict constructionist judges.
The Democratic National Committee wants to highlight this gaffe from his speech. After thanking Fred Thompson for his service, McCain thanks West Virginia for the invitation when he means to say Wake Forest.
