April 14, 2008Clinton, Obama Argue Over "Bitter" Comments at Compassion Forum
Last night at CNN's Compassion Forum, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama were asked about Obama's recent comments about bitterness and frustration of people in small town America.
Hillary Clinton said that she thought the comments were elitist. She said that the Democratic Party has a past of running candidates who Americans view as out of touch with their way of life.
Barack Obama appeared at the forum second, and sought to explain his comments:
