A smiling John McCain talks to Chris Matthews about the President's speech and think he did a good job taking on the earmarks and pork barrel projects. McCain says he would have talked with greater urgency on spending and the stimulus package.
Matthews greets him saying, "Senator McCain, you know you're in my heart."
