Tom Tancredo's campaign posted this video, entitled "Romney Supports Amnesty." The transcript is as follows, but the video cuts off Romney in mid-sentence at the end:
Woman: How are you going to ensure that people are already here will go through proper channels to actually get legal status?Romney: because under the plan I've described they'd have to get a card - an employment card - and if they don't' have an employment card, they can't get work. Of course they're going to want to have work so that means that ultimately they're going to have to apply for permanent residency and get in line with everybody else or they're going to find they can't get work here.
Woman: So are you only giving that card to people that have gone through the process?
Romney: Yeah, you might have a temporary period where you let people have a card till they -- [cut]
