In the ad, a young Chinese girl is seen biking through rice patties before she speaks to the camera. When she talks the girl uses broken English to "thank" Sen. Debbie "Spend-it-now" (her name is Debbie Stabenow) for spending so much so the U.S. can borrow from "us" (the Chinese).
"You're economy get very weak, ours get very good. We take your jobs. Thank you Debbie Spenditnow," the Chinese girl says.
