Andrea Mitchell on Rick Santorum, GOP race: "He really learned this, and the fact is that it's this 'hey, look me over' aspect of Iowa. People really wanted to be seen. It's kind of a schizophrenic quality, bipolar about this caucus because you have millions of dollars being spent on advertising and the negative ads to the extent that we have not seen before. So that makes it almost feel as Mike Murphy was saying yesterday, like a primary. Like one of the regular primaries."
