Rick Perry: Santorum A "Prolific Earmarker"
"Rick Santorum is a friend and I mean, he is a -- I've got great respect for him. But when he talks about fiscal conservatism, every now and then, it kind of leaves me scratching my head, because he was a prolific earmarked," Gov. Rick Perry said.
"You know, I love Iowa pork, but I hate Washington pork. And Senator Santorum, he loaded up his bills with Pennsylvania pork. And he even voted for the Alaska bridge to nowhere."
