Cain Backs Collective Bargaining For Federal Employees
In an interview with the editorial board of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, presidential candidate Herman Cain is asked if he supports collective bargaining for federal employees. Cain responds, "They already have it, don't they?" The editors tell him that they don't. When asked to clarify whether he's in favor of collective bargaining for federal employees, Cain says, "As long as it doesn't create an undue burden on the taxpayers."
When asked about Ohio's collective bargaining law that voters recently repealed, Cain said, "I think in that particular case, maybe they tried to get too much...and as a result they failed. But, I do support collective bargaining."
