MSNBC tracks down Republican Rep. Allen West's (FL) brother at a Congressional Black Caucus-sponsored job fair. This happened after Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) informed the network he was in attendance looking for a job. Waters was trying to create some sort of sibling rivalry between the black Republican U.S. Congressman and his brother, who was hanging out with a notoriously black liberal Democratic group.
Waters also attempted to create the narrative that conservatives do not look out for blacks, going farther to suggest that black conservative Republicans don't even care about people of their own skin color even if it is their brother.
MSNBC's Ed Schultz devoted nearly four minutes of his show on Thursday night to an interview with Arlan West, Rep. West's brother, conducted by NBC News.
Arlan West praises the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) for holding a job fair while criticizing the "dialogue" of his brother which he calls "non protective."
"We need to stop using negative rhetoric and negative dialogue, because that is not productive," Mr. Arlan West also said.
Earlier this week, Ed Schultz got in trouble for once again playing in the racial sewers.
