Obama: Don't Believe That Government Doesn't Solve Problems
"Don't buy into this notion that somehow that all our problems would be solved if we eliminate government. Part of the reason why we had this financial crisis is because we didn't have government do a good enough job looking over the shoulders of the banks to make sure that they weren't taking crazy risks," President Obama told an audience in Alpha, Illinois on Wednesday evening.
