Eliot Spitzer (D) said on HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher."
"The stimulus worked," Spitzer declared.
"The auto industry is back folks," Spitzer also declared. However, GM's stock just hit a new 52-week low and their market share is expected to drop even lower than it is now.
