Pawlenty Slams Bachmann: "Her Record Of Accomplishment Is Non-Existent"
Fmr. Gov. Tim Pawlenty criticized fellow GOP candidate for president Michele Bachmann as having no accomplishments during her tenure in the U.S. House of Representatives.
"I like Congresswoman Bachmann. I've campaigned for her. I respect her. But her record of accomplishment in Congress is non-existent. It's non-existent. So, we're not looking for folks who just have speech capabilities. We're looking for who can lead a large enterprise in a public setting and drive it to conclusion. I've done that, she hasn't," Pawlenty told "Meet the Press" this morning.
Pawlenty, however, did not distance himself from her statement that the Obama administration is running a "gangster" government.
