Rep. Mike Pence (R-IN) discusses the budget deal that was struck last week as well as the budget plan proposed by Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) on "The Mallory Factor" on Forbes.com.
"I don't know that we're ever going to put our fiscal house in order with the current leadership in the United States Senate or with this administration. When you see how hard this president and liberals in the Senate fought against what was just a down payment on fiscal discipline, it really argues for new leadership in the Senate and in the White House."
