In an epic 40-minute speech on the House floor this afternoon, Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) denounced U.S. operations in Libya.

"This is a clear and arrogant violation of our Constitution. This is war. Even a war launched for humanitarian reasons is still a war. And - only Congress can declare war," Kucinich said.
