Dem Sen Fails To Pay Taxes On Aircraft, Will "Sell The Damned Plane"
“There are people I could blame for this. But I know better. As an auditor, I know that I should’ve checked for myself. I take full responsibility for the mistake," Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Missouri) said on a conference call.
“I have convinced my husband to sell the damned plane,” McCaskill said.
Today, Sen. McCaskill admitted that she failed to pay nearly $287,000 in back taxes on the usage of a private plane.
