WH's Carney On Libya: "Presidential Action Comes In Many Different Ways"
"You can be sure that he has been incredibly active in dealing with this -- as have all the principle members of the national security team," White House press secretary Jay Carney said of President Obama's involvement with the crisis in Libya.
Carney says that the administration is "keeping all options on the table" and would not rule out "military force."
