Clyburn: Raise Debt Ceiling "While We Get Things Under Control"
"We must do whatever is necessary to maintain our credibility in the international markets and I don't think that anybody is going to fail to do that. So, the debt ceiling is always a problem. It's something we've got to work through while we get things under control. James Clyburn (D-SC) told MSNBC's "Morning Joe."
