Sen. Durbin: Health Care Reform Falls Under Commerce Clause
Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) defends the constitutionality of health care reform. Durbin will chair a hearing on the health care law today.
Durbin, however, does say "ultimately" the Supreme Court will have to take this case up.
