Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) spoke with Bob Schieffer on his push to move up in the House Democratic leadership and his stance on the GOP's possible repeal of the health care bill. Clyburn says he will jockey for the position of Minority Whip in the new Congress, the same position he held in the majority.
