Biden: When GOP Tells You About Fiscal Responsibility, "Laugh At Them"
"I have had it to here. I have a bad habit of being a little passionate. I am trying. People are angry, but so am I. God, am I angry with these guys," Vice President Joe Biden said with a fist.
"Next time a Republican tells you anything about fiscal responsibility, laugh at them," Biden said.
"These guys are preposterous," Biden said of Republicans.
