Rep. Clyburn Warns Of Subpoenas By Birthers If GOP Takes House
We just can't do it in the first two years," Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC), the Democratic whip, said on MSNBC.
Clyburn reiterated his fear that if Republicans gain control of Congress they are going to investigate President Obama's birth certificate and status as a US citizen.
"We are going to maintain the majority in the House and Senate," Clyburn declared.
