Rep. Maloney: Jobs Report Shows Need For More Stimulus
"The jobs report shows the need of additional support to states and localities, which this bill would be. The $26 billion is fully paid for by closing tax loopholes for foreign corporations. It's a very important bill to keep our teachers working and our police and firemen and like I said, it's fully paid for," Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) said on CNBC.
