Rep Cummings: Rangel "Truly Loved By Members On Both Sides"
"I believe that he will make the right decision," Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) says of Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-NY) who is charged with several ethics violations. "He truly cares about a woman he respects tremendously, as I do, Speaker Nancy Pelosi. So, I have no doubt that he will make the right decision and hopefully it will be a win-win, not only for him, but for the House," Cummings added.
