Sen. Gregg, Lawrence O'Donnell Spar On Paying For Unemployment Benefits
Sen. Judd Gregg (R-NH) argues with MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell over voting for unemployment benefits. O'Donnell notes that Gregg had voted for the benefits in the past, notably in 1993. Sen. Gregg tells O'Donnell the circumstances were different, unemployment was lower and the debt was only 35% of the GPD, compared to the current 60%.
