Axelrod Defends Recess Appointment Of Donald Berwick
David Axelrod blames the Republican party for delaying the confirmation hearing of Donald Berwick, Obama's nominee to head Medicare and Medicaid.
"This position is too important," Axelrod said in defense of Berwick's recess appointment.
"The president needed to act, put someone in place, get the policies in place that will make the form a success," Axelrod said.
