Sen. Hatch: Obama Immigration Speech Was "Pandering" To Hispanics
Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT): "Well, the president's in trouble, and so what are they doing? They're pandering to the Hispanics in this country and others by pretending that they're gonna do something about immigration."
Hatch also said President Obama is playing politics.
