Rep. Cummings On Financial Reform: We Need To "Satisfy Scott Brown"
Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD): "I'm just hoping that we have done enough to satisfy Scott Brown (R-MA) and the other Republicans which we need on the Senate side -- on the Senate side to get it done (pass Financial Regulations reform). I think we have, I mean, the things that they were objected to we corrected yesterday, so they have no excuse now but to vote for it."
