Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) says if the shoe were on the other foot, Democrats would use similar tactics. Chris Matthews tries to play up the issue of sexism and misogyny being used against Elena Kagan. Sen. Durbin, however, disagrees and says it has not reached that level.
