SC-Sen: Democrat Alvin Greene Rambles During Appearance On FOX
Alvin Greene (D-SC) was on FOX News to discuss his candidacy for the U.S. Senate. Greene, virtually unknown, surprisingly won the Democratic primary in South Carolina this week.
Greene was giving talking points, as host Shepard Smith pointed out and was incoherent and rambled often during the interview.
When asked if he was a plant, Greene denied the charges. He said the $10,000 fee to file came from his "own personal money."
He says he needs support from the state and national Democratic party to run an "effective campaign." However, the explicit Shepard Smith told him that would not happen.
On the felony porn charges that he is accused of, Greene says he has "no comment."
