Rep. Issa: Sestak Job Offer "Clearly A Crime"

Gov. Rendell (D-PA) says nothing improper happened when Bill Clinton offered Rep. Sestak a job in the administration to drop out of the Democratic PA Senate primary. Rendell says the administration "stonewalling" on answering questions about the job offer was a bad idea.

Rendell also says he did a similar thing in 2006, offering a job to former Rep. Joe Hoeffel to not challenge now Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) in the primaries. Hoeffel dropped out of the race and eventually was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Department of Community and Economic Development by Gov. Rendell.

Rep. Darrell Issa explains what laws may have been violated. Issa calls what was offered to Rep. Sestak a "crime." Issa also talks about a potential cover up by the Obama administration. He made the case why the FBI and an independent investigator needs to get involved.

Issa and Rendell both respond to what critics have to say about this controversy.
