Napolitano Was Aware Of Pakistani Terror Threat In December 2009
HOMELAND SECURITY SECRETARY JANET NAPOLITANO: "There are young Americans that have gone through a process and breaking away from the community, you know, they were brought up in -- travel to Pakistan and maybe Afghanistan going to a camp learning how to conduct military type operations and then coming home. Like I said, if we don't have any other information about them they're free to travel, their American citizens. But, it is something about which you need to be situationally aware in case they go from radicalized in thought to becoming violent in action."
