Barney Frank On Fannie: Don't Blame Me, Blame DeLay
Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) says he is not to blame for the Fannie Mae mess and criticism of him is unfair. "I was in the minority. Tom DeLay was calling the shots at that point. So, no, I don't think it's fair to criticize me for what Tom DeLay did. I am not responsible for Tom DeLay," he said.
