Dem Congressman: Obama Doesn't Have The Votes To Pass Health Care
Kansas City Star: Congressman Emanuel Cleaver said today on KCUR's "Up to Date" that President Barack Obama doesn't have the votes to pass health care reform in the U.S. House.
"We're not at 217," Cleaver said, referring to the number needed to pass the bill.
