Chuck Todd: Obama Will Not Have 180 Degree Change In Policy

NBC News' Chuck Todd and CNBC's Jim Cramer join the panel to discuss how and if the Obama administration will shift its focus.

Todd: "I was told defintively, the one thing you will not see from this guy [Obama] is a Dick Morris-like repudiation of everything he did. They're not going to do what Bill Clinton did, which is a complete 180, and then say 'You know what? You're right. Boy, that first two years, I was too focused on this, too focused on that, that was wrong.' And then he moved to center and then moved to smaller issues. So they don't want to go that route."
