Napolitano Corrects: "System Did Not Work in This Instance"
One day after declaring "the system worked," with regard to the terror attempt on Flight 253, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano agreed with Matt Lauer's suggestion that the security apparatus "failed miserably" saying that, "the system did not work in this instance." Napolitano said her previous comments had been "taken out of context."
