Ft. Hood: Gen. Casey Doesn't Rule Out Terrorism
The Army's top officer, General George Casey wouldn't rule out the possibility that the mass killing at Ft. Hood was an act of terrorism, but said "we need to be very careful here on speculations based on anecdotes like that."
