Gov. Rendell On Opt-Out Option
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid now has his health bill set to go, but it contains an alternative to the public option which would allow states to opt-out. A Morning Meeting panel which includes Gov. Ed Rendell (D-PA) discusses whether this bill will work.
