A day before House Democrats roll out their healthcare proposal, Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday dismissed as routine the snags that have caught up the Democrats' healthcare overhaul.
"What you're calling snags, we call the legislative process," Pelosi (D-Calif.) said.
