Limbaugh responds to Steele's criticism of his show: "Michael Steele -- you are head of the RNC -- you are not head of the Republican Party." Limbaugh added "I'm not in charge of the Republican Party, and I don't want to be."
Also on his radio program Monday, Limbaugh said Steele is being used by the "liberal media."
