Gov't Funding Bill Losing Dem Support
Sen. Russ Feingold (D-WI) said the President should "veto" it. Sens. Bill Nelson (D-FL), Robert Menendez (D-NJ) and Evan Bayh (D-IN) are also against the bill. Bayh says he wants to curb "extreme" spending.
