Barney Frank On Economy, Obama's Budget
The Dow closed at its lowest level in more than 12 years, amid the news that AIG is getting billions more in bailout money. Also, Republicans are speaking out against President Obam's budget plan. Rachel Maddow is joined by Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA). Frank believes if Obama continues the "path" he is on now, we will come out of this economic diaster. Frank argues "unregulated capitalism" creates disaster. He promised strict regulations that prevent another economic crisis.
