Military Families United: Guantanamo Bay detainee Binyam Mohamed is a dangerous al-Qaeda terrorist and should have been kept in custody to protect our country and our allies. Mohamed, a detainee since 2004, has admitted to training at various Al-Qaeda training camps, where he specialized in firearms and explosives. He is accused of plotting a series of attacks on the United States with Jose Padilla (The Dirty Bomber) and Khalid Sheik Mohammed (Mastermind behind 9/11). The British government has indicated that upon his arrival in England, he is not expected to be arrested. His release has left America and its allies less safe and less secure.
