DNC Chairman Gov. Tim Kaine (VA) says the American people are "responding" to the President's message that we need to unify during this challenging time.
On responding to Presidential address: Kaine says he was "nervous" because it is "tough" to follow the President.
On Jindal: He "delivered" it well but the message doesn't resonate with the American people.
