McCain: Stimulus Was Bad Bipartisan Beginning For Obama
On CNN's "State of the Union," Sen. John McCain says the stimulus package was "not a bipartisan bill." He adds this was a bad beginning for bipartisanship. He invites the President to sit down and start over.
