Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano appeared on "Fox & Friends" to discuss the southern border. On the subject border security and illegal immigration, Napolitano says her goal is to prevent people from entering the country. She says she wants to get rid of "political windowdressing" and execute effective policies. Napolitano wants to enforce the law but also put those already in the country on a pathway to citizenship.
