Michigan: Impact of an Obama/Clinton Ticket
Public Policy Polling continues its survey of important battlegrounds to see how voters there react to the Dream Ticket:
For Michigan, 15% said they would be more likely to vote for Obama with Clinton on the ticket, while 19% said they would be less likely.
As PPP notes, "Of the four states PPP has polled on this issue in, Michigan is the first where it looks like Clinton on the ticket would actually have a net negative impact on Obama's prospects."
Among independents, which PPP has found are not enthusiastic about a Dream Ticket, 29% said they would be less likely to vote for Obama, with 18% saying more likely.
