Jurors in Palin hacking to deliberate for 2nd day
The Associated PressJurors in the Sarah Palin e-mail hacking trial are expected to begin a second day of deliberations in Tennessee.
On Tuesday, the federal jury in the felony case against 22-year-old David Kernell asked if unauthorized access to a computer in one of the charges "means only logging on," or are other steps involved. U.S. District Judge Thomas Phillips told them it's up to them to determine the meaning of the term "access to the computer."
Defense attorney Wade Davies has said Kernell had no criminal intent. Prosecutors say he was trying to derail Palin's campaign as the Republican vice presidential candidate in 2008.
